lovely 2 room small studio style apartment in larger duplex available from 1st december
Hi Im Vidar. I have a small studio style private flat available in a separated area of my flat. Bascially there are two rooms together with a separate private bathroom, small kitchen and utilities area in a separated but shared hallway in my apartment block. Basically we share the entrance hallway and theres a locked door to my place at the end of the corridor. You can have the place to yourself with your own one bedroom and one lounge or you can take the place with a room mate so you each have your own room and this works out cheaper.
You have a fair sized bathroom with bath/shower/sink and a small kitchen area with mod cons and cooker and new washing machine.
The rent is 93 000 iso for one person for all of it or if two then 99 000 iso for two. This includes all bills, cleaning and service charges.
I need reliable people to move in by 1st december. I prefer long term rental period but if you're here for a short stay e.g., 6 months then its ok. We will sign a contract (in icelandic).
You need a bank guarantee of 140 000 iso and you pay two months rent up front (including first months rent).
The pad is available on third floor of a modern apartment block in the golden bridge area of the suburbs of reykjavik (buses go to and from kringlan including no 2 bus to haskoli islands university)
No furniture is provided so bring your own (there is an ikea in reykjavik suburbs)
