After all the summer parties, waffle-fests and vomiting teenagers on Austurstræti, the weather’s turned shit-tastic again, school is back in session and everyone is all partied out. Right? WRONG! The party is far from over, it’s just time to move it inside!
Luckily we are about to get spoiled with one of the absolutely sickest dance parties to be thrown this Autumn! London’s powerhouse crew ATG are on their way on August 28th with I ♥ RVK at NASA, an all-night rager of deep beats, low lights and ass bumpin’. They are bringing along a wicked crazy line up of ten world class DJs and producers, such as Brooksy, Spencer Vallance, Solarity, The Equalizers and Kanio. Icelandic artist CasaNova will be the country’s ambassador, playing alongside his UK bretherin. The cherry on the sundae will be headliner Skream, the man on everyone’s mind when you say ‘dubstep’ these days, making his first visit to the fair city. He might not be back for a long while, so you don’t want to miss this!
The whole night will be a hot, sweaty mess of electro, minimal tech, mash-up and of course, the main course, dubstep. Not to overly politicize the spirit of party, but it will also be a touching end to the bad blood between the England and Iceland over the last year. So let’s go tear shit up on the dance floor and show some ♥!
