German synth pioneers Kraftwerk will play an extra show on Monday, November 4 after they close this year’s Iceland Airwaves Festival.
The incomparable electronic band was recently announced as the big closing act of the festival and subsequently announced they would play a second show the next night. The second show will take place in the Eldborg hall of Harpa and will be open to everyone, not just festival attendees.
What’s more, tickets to this momentous event go on sale TODAY! That’s Monday, May 6, at 12:00 noon. Tickets to experience their grandiose spectacle of sound and light cost 12,900 ISK, 11,900 ISK or 8,900 ISK.
Their Airwaves performance will take place Sunday, November 3, with tickets for that show available only to festival pass holders. Tickets to that show will be distributed to wristband wearers on Friday, November 1 at Harpa. One wristband gets one ticket!
